Why we limit it
Every kit is written to UK employment law. The procedures, the statutory rights, the tax treatment of a settlement, the ACAS Code, the tribunal deadlines: all of it is specific to the law of England, Wales and Scotland. Outside the UK almost none of it would apply to your situation, and a guide that does not apply to you is worse than no guide, because you might act on it.
So rather than take your money and leave you to find that out, we do not sell outside the UK.

That happens. You might be on holiday, working away, or on a company network that connects through another country. We check the connection, not you, so we get this wrong sometimes.
