Privacy notice

Last reviewed: 29 July 2026.

This notice covers the personal data this website collects. The data controller is Elite Glasgow Ltd, company number SC768710, registered office 14 Newton Place, c/o Gallone and Co, Glasgow G3 7PY. Email [email protected] about anything on this page.

What we collect and why

When you submit the form to get the free guide, we collect your email address and nothing else. We use it to send you the guide and a short series of follow-up emails about settlement agreements, which include offers for our paid kits. We do not ask for your name, your employer, or any detail of your situation, and you should not send us those details.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email we send. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails already sent.

Who processes it

Two processors handle your data on our behalf. Kit, formerly ConvertKit, stores the email list and sends the emails. Cloudflare hosts this website and passes your submission to Kit. Both act on our instructions under a contract. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not pass it to any other third party.

Kit is based in the United States, so your email address is transferred outside the UK. That transfer relies on the safeguards in Kit's data processing terms, including the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe we delete the record within 30 days, apart from a suppression entry recording that you asked not to be contacted, which we keep so we do not email you again by mistake.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, it does not fingerprint visitors, and it collects nothing that identifies you. No other script runs on this site, so nothing else is collected. The cookies page sets out the full position, which is that this site sets no cookies at all.

Payments

We do not process payments and we never see your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as its own controller for the data you enter at checkout. Read Stripe's own privacy policy before you buy. We receive from Stripe only your email address and confirmation that the payment succeeded, which is what we use to send you the download.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to us using it, and ask for it in a portable form. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
