Terms

Terms and conditions

Last reviewed: 29 July 2026.

These terms apply when you buy a digital kit from The Exit Pack, a trading name of Elite Glasgow Ltd, company number SC768710. Buying a kit means you accept them. Payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe's own terms apply to the payment alongside these. We are the seller.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use a set of written materials. Each kit contains a guide, fill-in templates, scripts and a decision tree, delivered as an instant download. The licence is personal to you. You may use the materials for your own situation, print them, and fill in the templates. You may not resell them, share them, publish them, or use them to provide a service to anyone else.

We own the copyright in everything in the kits. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you.

This is guidance, not advice

The kits are general guidance. They are not legal advice and they are not tax advice. We are not a law firm, we are not a firm of solicitors, and we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Law Society of Scotland. We do not know your facts and we cannot tell you what to do in your own case.

Every claim in the kits is checked against UK statute and the official ACAS and EHRC Codes, and each kit carries the date it was written. The law changes. UK employment law is changing through 2026 and 2027 under the Employment Rights Act 2025. Before you rely on anything in a kit, check the current position or take advice. Where a settlement is involved, have your figures confirmed by a qualified tax adviser, because a mistake on the numbers costs more than the advice.

You are responsible for what you decide to do. We are not liable for loss that follows from a decision you take, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, which includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

Refunds and cancellation

The kits are digital content delivered immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel. That right does not apply to digital content you have started to download, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. You give that consent and that acknowledgement at checkout. Because of that, we do not offer refunds once a download has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a kit is faulty, will not download, is missing files, or is not what this site described, email [email protected] and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.

Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in £ and charged in £. Elite Glasgow Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and the price on the page is the price you pay. Delivery is immediate: a download link appears as soon as payment clears, and the same link is emailed to you. Links are valid for 7 days. If yours expires, email support and we will send a fresh one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. This page was last reviewed on 29 July 2026.
